Tony Plaia

Tony Plaia has been boating his whole life and says being out on the water makes him feel free. He used to race sailboats in college and then got into racing power boats.

Tony has worked in the marine industry since 1996. He started out as a captain and then transitioned to a delivery captain and finally moved into sales. He has sold a variety of all kinds of motor yachts and Sportfish boats.

He enjoys just being out on the water feeling the wind in his hair and enjoying life. He loves all aspects of boating. He says it’s just calming being away from the concrete jungle.

Fun fact: Tony is a sports nut. He’s a big Houston Rockets and Houston Astros fan. He’s spent his whole life in Texas and grew up farming and driving tractors.

A good ole country boy, Tony is also an honest and straight forward salesman. He doesn’t beat around the bush, and he doesn’t push to make people uncomfortable. Rather, he likes to build relationships and wants his clients to trust him.
